Share updated specs, drawings, and addenda in a clear format
Identify desired alternates or substitutions (if applicable)
Expect a base bid written per plans and specs
Review square footage breakdown by system (storefront, curtain wall, windows, etc.)
Receive an on-screen takeoff with our bid
Review deductive alternates clearly separated from base
Send RFIs if you need help clarifying vague specs
